Main Ingredients:
Dried Chilli - 50gm
Coriander - 100gm
Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
Pepper - 2tbs
Mustard - 1tsp
Turmeric - 2 pieces
Cinnamon - 2 pieces
Clove - 12
Cardamom - 1/4tsp
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Roast the ingredients except turmeric, cinnamon, clove and cardamom. Grind all the ingredients to a fine powder and store in an air tight container.
