Ajwain - 1tsp
Mace - 1tsp
Salt - to taste
Ginger Powder - 20gm
Chilli Powder - 20gm
All the ingredients used should be dry. Put them out in the sun for a day. Then blend in a mixer. Sieve and powder the residue again.
