1 1/2 lb Ground beef Undrained
1 md Onion -- chopped 1 tb Chili powder
2 cn Tomato juice -- 32 ounces 1 ts Salt
Each 1/2 ts Pepper
1 c Water 8 oz Uncooked spaghetti -- broken
1 cn Chili beans -- 15 ounces In half
In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain and set aside. In a
large kettle, combine the tomato juice, water, chili beans, chili
powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer
10-15 minutes. Stir in beef mixture; simmer an additional 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and
stir into chili. Yield: 10-12 servings (3 qts.)
