Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 tb Pearl barley 3 tb Honey or sugar
4 tb Lemon juice Or to taste
Or lime juice
Place 4 1/2 cups of water in a heavy pot with the barley and bring to
a boil. Reduce the mixture by 50% over high heat. Strain the liquid
into a clean glass container. Mix in the lemon or lime juice and
honey or sugar; stir well. Serve well chilled.
