Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Sour cream
1/4 c Cider vinegar
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
6 Scallions -- sliced
1 Lettuce head
Mix together the sour cream, vinegar, salt, pepper and scallions.
Tear (don't cut) the lettuce into small pieces and pour the
