4 c Tom Yam broth Chives; chopped
16 Matzo balls
The hot broth flavor absorbed by the matzo balls creates a whole new
dish from previously unrelated ingredients.
Prepare Tom Yam broth according to package directions or from scratch.
Prepare matzo balls using ready mix or from scratch.
Simmer the matzo balls in the broth until done, about 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with chives and serve immediately.
