1 lb Lean ground beef 1/4 ts Black pepper
1/2 c Seasoned bread crumbs 1/8 ts Paprika
2 tb Chopped onion 2 tb (plus 1 cup) bottled
1 cl Garlic, finely chopped -marinara sauce
2 tb Grated Parmesan 3 tb Chopped parsley
1/2 ts Dried leaf oregano 1 Loaf Italian bread
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine beef, crumbs, onion, garlic,
Parmesan, oregano, pepper, paprika and 2 tablespoons sauce in bowl.
Shape meat mixture into 12 equal meatballs. Place on a jelly-roll
pan.
2. Bake in preheated 350F oven 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
3. Heat 1 cup sauce in a saucepan. Stir in parsley. Divide bread
crosswise into fourths; split. Spoon meatballs and sauce into bread.
