Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 Cloves garlic -- minced Undrained
1 c Chopped celery 2 cn Tomato sauce -- 15 oz each
1 lg Chopped onion 1 cn Tomato paste -- 6 oz
2 tb Cooking oil 1 tb Brown sugar -- optional
6 sm Zucchini -- chopped 2 ts Dried basil
1 lg Green pepper -- chopped 2 ts Dried oregano
1 cn Olives -- 6 oz pitted ripe 2 ts Dried parsley -- flakes
4 Cubes 1 ts Salt -- optional
1 c Hot water 1/2 ts Pepper
1 Jar sliced mushrooms -- 6 oz 2 lb Spaghetti -- cooked
Drained Drained
1 cn Tomatoes -- 28 oz diced Beef bouillon

In a large saucepan or a dutch oven, saute garlic, celery and onion
in oil until tender. Add zucchini, green pepper and olives; saute for
2-3 min. Dissolve bouillon in water; add to begetables. Add the next
10 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for
1 hr. stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti. Yield: 14 servings.
