2 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 c Cocoa
1 pn Salt
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Crunchy peanut butter
3 c Quick-cooking or instant
-oatmeal, uncooked
Miss Corbett's Fast Oatmeal Candy
Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and butter and put on medium heat. Bring
to a boil. Remove from heat and cool one minute. Add vanilla, salt,
peanut butter, oatmeal. Stir well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed
paper. Let cool.
