Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Egg;beaten; 1/4 ts Salt
1 c Crackers;coarsely crushed 1/4 ts Worcestershire
1/4 c Milk 1 lb Ground Beef;lean
2 tb Onion;finely chopped 2 tb Olive Oil
1 ts Chili Powder
Combine egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, milk, onion, chili powder,
salt and worcestershire. Add ground beef and mix well.
Shape into six patties 1/2' thick. Coat with remaining cracker
crumbs.
Fry in hot olive oil over medium-high heat about 3 minutes each
side.
Serve with milk gravy.
