Makes 3 Rolls 3 ea Celery stalks
3 c Matzoh Meal 1 ea Spanish Onion
1 ts Salt 1/3-1/2 c Margarine; melted
------------------------INSTRUCTIONS-----------------------------
1 ea Preheat oven to 350F 3 ea In a food processor, grate
2 ea Combine matzoh meal, salt -carrots, celery, and onion
-and pepper. -and add to
matzoh meal mixture. Add melted fat and mix thoroughly. 4. Divide
mixture into thirds. Place each on a strip of foil, shiny side up.
Shape into a roll and wrap with foil. Secures edges of foil. 5. Place
on cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour. Slice into 1 1/2 inch pieces. From:
