Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 1/2 c 1% low fat cottage cheese 3 tb Onions -- finely chopped
1/3 c Fat free mayo or salad 1 tb Fresh or frozen chives --
Dressing Chopped
3 tb White vinegar 1/4 ts Dried dillweed
3 tb Grated parmesan cheese 1/4 ts Pepper
Put all in food processor and process until smooth cover and frigerate
atleast 1 hr before serving serve with assorted veggies. Yield: 4 cups
