Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 1/2 kg Pizza dough
1 1/2 Litres tomato sauce
1 1/2 kg Fresh black mushrooms
1 kg Pepperoni sliced
1 kg Sausage sliced (your choice)
50 g Garlic
50 g Olive oil
Giuliano Gasali of the Grand Formosa Regent Hotel Taipei.
Pan fry mushrooms with olive oil and garlic. Spread the dough, top
with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms.
Sprinkle with mozzarella. Cook and serve. Source: Given to share with
