1 ea Ox tail 2 ea Carrots
1 oz Crisco 2 ea Beefstock cubes
-------------------------DIRECTIONS------------------------------
1 oz Flour 2 c BOILING water
2 ea Onions Pepper and salt
Disjoint the oxtail, roll each piece in flour and brown in hot fat.
Lift out meat and brown sliced vegetables. Put ALL into a saucepan,
add seasonings and only enough liquid (beef stock or stock cubes
crumbled and dissolved in boiling water) to cover the meat and
vegetables. Simmer for 3 hours.
