Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
: leftover broccoli, finely
: chopped
: leftover cooked rice
: blue cheese or other cheese
: like grated cheddar or
: Parme
: smoked ham or turkey,
: optional
1/4 c or more salad dressing
: sliced scallion for garnish
Combine broccoli and rice in a bowl. Sprinkle some cheese in the
dressing and dress the salad. Combine dressing with rice, broccoli
and ham if you wish. Just before eating, dress the salad with the
dressing. You could add some diced fresh red bell pepper
