Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Wheat chex cereal -- 1/4 c Parmesan cheese -- grated
Crushed to 1 cup. 1 1/2 ts Italian seasoning
1 lb Lean ground beef 1 c Mozzarella cheese --
1 Egg Shredded
1 c Prepared pizza sauce Optional toppings

Preheat oven to 375 F. In medium bowl combine crushed cereal, egg,
meat, 1/4 cup sauce, parmesan cheese and seasonings. Add salt and
pepper if desired. Press mixture into ungreased 12 inch pizza pan to
form a "crust". Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with
remaining 3/4 cup sauce, mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
Return to oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is
melted.
