Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

5 lg Baking potatoes 2 lg Egg whites
Vegetable oil cooking spray 1 tb Cajun spice

Slice potatoes lengthwise into 1/4" thick ovals; then into
matchsticks. Spritz baking sheet with 3 sprays of the vegie spray.

Combine egg whites and spice lightly with a whisk. Add potatoes and
stir to coat. Pour on sheet and spread as best you can.

Place on bottom shelf of stove and bake for 45 mintues at at (this is
a guess, as it didn't state) 350 degrees F.
