1 1/4 lb Boneless skinless chicken 1 ds Garlic powder
1 tb Minced onion flakes 1/2 c Chopped green pepper
1/4 c Soy sauce 2 1/2 c Sliced mushrooms
2 ts Honey
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in a 6X10 baking dish. Sprinkle
with onion flakes. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, and
garlic powder and pour evenly over chicken. Cover and bake 30
minutes. Spread green pepper and mushrooms evenly over chicken and
continue to bake, covered, 20 more minutes, until mushrooms are
tender.
Per serving: 33g protein, 5g fat, 8g carb., 1438mg sodium, 99mg
chol., 211 calories.
