Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 pt Fresh blackberries 3/4 c Milk
1 c Flour 1 ts Vanilla
2 ts Baking powder 1 ts Grated lemon rind
1 c Sugar 1 1/2 c Heavy cream
2 Eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix flour and baking powder into a bowl, and add sugar, eggs, milk,
vanilla, and lemon rind, and stir

Pour this over the washed berries and bake for one hour

Beat the heavy cream until it foams, and add 2 T sugar; beat again

Serve the cobbler with the whipped cream.
