See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 1/2 lb Minced steak 2 Chicken stock cubes
3 md Onions 1 Bayleaf
4 oz Mushrooms 1 tb Paprika
5 oz Can tomato paste 1/2 ts Mixed herbs
2 c Water Salt, pepper
Place minced steak in saucepan, stir until it browns lightly. Add
peeled and chopped onions and sliced mushrooms; cook, stirring, 5
mins. Pour off any excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients, blend
well. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer 20-30 mins.
Remove bayleaf before serving. Serve with hot rice or mashed
potatoes.
