1/2 c Chunky peanut butter 2 ts Vanilla extract
1 Stick butter or margarine 1 Egg
-- softened 1 1/2 c Flour
3/4 c Brown sugar, packed 1 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Granulated sugar 1 c Milk chocolate chips

Preparation Time: 0:25 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl,
beat peanut butter, butter, and sugars with an electric mixer on
medium until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 mins. Add vanilla and egg; beat
until well blended. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Stir in
chocolate chips. 2. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls into mounds
2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. Flatten cookies
slightly. Bake 10 to 12 mins, or until golden. 3. Let cookies cool 5
mins on sheets before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
NOTES: A great combination that is irresistible when served warm.
