1 1/2 tb Ground Pepper mill combo mix 5 tb Butter
OR- 1/2 c Beef broth
1 1/2 tb Caribbean Pepper mix 1/4 c Cognac -OR-
4 Rib eye steaks, 3/4" thick 1/4 c Dark rum
