Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 Egg whites beaten, stiff Pan, bake 20 to 25 minutes
2 c Sugar folded in At 350 degrees. Let cool.
1 c Chopped pecans Prepare 1 box of Dream Whip
Add 2 cups Ritz cracker (2 pkgs.)
Crumbs 1 c Sugar
Mix and spread on greased 16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
Whip cheese and sugar together and add to prepared Dream Whip. Spread
on top of crust, then add persimmon topping of: 2 cups persimmon pulp
1/4 cup sugar 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Sprinkle with additional chopped nuts. Chill in refrigerator for 3
hours. Cut in squares to serve. Randy Rigg
