3 c Diced cooked turkey PINEAPPLE DRESSING
1 c Celery, sliced 3 tb Pineapple juice
1 c Crushed unsweetened 1 ts Dried tarragon
Pineapple with juice 1 tb Orange marmalade,
1/2 c Diced green onions Unsweetened
1/2 c Sliced water chestnuts 1/2 c Lowfat yogurt
Lettuce
Combine dressing ingredients. Combine salad inredients except lettuce.
Combine dressing and salad. Chill. Serve over lettuce.
