Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Minced onions
4 tb Chicken fat or butter
2 c Mashed potatoes
1 Egg yolk
1 ts Salt
1 ds Cayenne pepper
Lightly brown the onions in the fat or butter. Stir in the potatoes,
egg yolk, salt and cayenne pepper. Cool 10 minutes. Place filling
on dough.
