Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3/4 c Butter or lard
1 1/2 c Sugar
3 Eggs, beaten
1 tb Milk
2 1/2 c Cake flour, sifted
2 tb Baking powder
Cream butter and sugar; add beaten eggs. Add milk and beat well. Sift
together flour and baking powder; stir into sugar milk mixture. Roll
out on floured surface until thin. Cut into circles. Bake in a
moderate oven till browned.

and all.
