Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 ea Pork chops, fat removed Mix
Oil for browning chops 1 c Hot water
4 md (to 6) potatoes, peeled, 1 cn Mushroom stems and
-cut in 1/4" slices -pieces, drained
1 Envelope Lipton onion soup Margarine

Preheat oven to 350~.

Grease a glass roasting dish with butter; set aside. Dissolve onion
soup in the hot water; set aside. Brown chops in a little oil in
skillet. Place potato slices one at a time in the greased dish,
layering as needed. Place browned chops on top of potato slices. Pour
dissolved soup over chops.

Spread mushrooms over top. Turn chops over. Cover and bake for 30 to
40 minutes or until chops are done and potatoes tender.

Note: You can adjust number of chops and potatoes for the size of
your family. Just make sure to occasionally check to make sure all
the liquid is not cooked away.
