Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

10 x 230g Pork Cutlets, trimmed 300 ml Cranberry Sauce
5 g Cayenne Pepper Salt Pepper
40 ml Oil Mint to Taste

Method
1. Season and oil pork
2. Cook on chargrill with a low heat.
Serving suggestion
Serve with French Fries and Carrot. Garnish with Cranberry
Sauce and mint.
