Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

This looks like a big red 1 pk (125g) Cream cheese,
-apple. The cinnamon stick -softened
-makes the stem, and the 1 T Port wine
Bay Paprika
Leaf an apple leaf. 1 ea Cinnamon stick
1 1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese 1 ea Bay leaf

Blend together the cheeses and wine. Wrap the cheese mixture in a
sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill about 1 hour or
until ball in slightly set. Form wrapped cheese ball into the form
of an apple. Unwrap; sprinkle (or roll) with paprika until completely
coated. Use a small piece of cinnamon stick and the bay leaf toform
the stem and leaf of the apple. Serve with assorted crackers and
