3 Whole large, boned and 6 Thin slices Gruyere cheese
-skinned chicken breasts 6 tb Butter
Cut in half 3/4 c Fine, dry breadcrumbs
6 Thin slices of Prosciutto 1/8 ts Paprika
-ham
Pull chicken breast open in middle to make a pocket. Place 1 hame
slice and 1 cheese slice in each. Melt butter. Mix crumbs and
paprika. Roll stuffed chicken in butter, then in crumbs. Place in
preheated oven at 400 F for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Serves
4.
