Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 Strip bacon 1 ds Salt
1 Clove garlic -- minced 1 ds Pepper
1 md Chopped onion 1 cn Baked beans -- 16 oz
1/2 md Green pepper -- chopped 2 ea Hot dogs -- sliced
1/2 lb Ground beef, extra lean

Cook the bacon until crisp; set aside. Saute garlic, onion and green
pepper in bacon dripping until golden. Add beef. Brown well; drain.
Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Stir in beans and hot dogs;
cover and simmer over low heat for 10 min. Crumble bacon over top and
serve. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
