See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 c Raisins 1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Butter or margarine 1 ts Baking soda
1 cn Frozen apple juice 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
Concentrate -- 6 ounces 1/2 ts Grated orange peel
1 ea Egg -- lightly beaten 2 c Granola -- lightly crushed
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook raisins, butter and apple juice
concentrate until the butter and concentrate are melted: cool. Beat
in egg. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and orange
peel: add raisin mixture and blend well. Srir in granola. Let stand
for 5-10 minutes. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie
sheets. Bake at 350 deg. for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 3 dozen
