Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Milk Cubed
1/4 c Butter or margarine 1 c Sour cream -- 8 oz
2 Envelopes 1/2 c Saltine crackers -- crushed
- 1 lb Macaroni -- elbow
1 ts Lemon pepper Cooked and drained
1 ts Garlic powder Grated Parmesan cheese
1 ts Garlic salt Ranch salad dressing -- mix
1 c Colby cheese -- cubed 1 oz Each
1 c Monterey jack cheese --

In a dutch oven combine the first eight ingredients. Cook and stir
over medium heat until cheese has melted and mixture begins to
thicken. Fold in the sour cream. Add crackers and macaroni. Cook
until heated through, stirring frequently. Spoon into a serving dish;
sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
