1 ts Baking soda 3 Eggs
1 ts Salt 2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Cinnamon 2 c Apples; finely chopped
1/2 ts Nutmeg 1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Oil 1 c Pecans; chopped
Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 1:15 In mixing bowl, combine
flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Wit for 1 hour and 15
minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
