Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Sliced strawberries 1 c Half and half
2 tb Brandy Extra sliced strawberries
1 c Sour cream -and mint sprigs
1/2 ts Vanilla extract 1/4 c Sugar
Blend strawberries, sour cream, half and half, sugar, brandy
and vanilla until smooth, about 30-45 seconds. Serve in chilled
c and garnish with sliced strawberries and mint sprigs.
