Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Prepared Pie Pastry 1/2 lb Crumbled Bleu Cheese
4 Eggs 4 c Cooked Broccoli Florets
1 lb Ricotta Cheese
Preheat oven to 400øF for 10 minutes. Beat eggs until light. Mix in
both cheeses, pepper and nutmeg until well mixed. Stir in broccoli.
Set aside. Place prepared pie crust in 9" quiche dish. Pour filling
into crust. Bake 30 minutes.
