Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 Eggs -- separated
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Nuts -- chopped
4 oz Bittersweet chocolate --
Grated
2 Apples -- peeled grated
1/2 c Matzo meal
Beat yolds and sugar till light. Add nuts, chocolate, apples and
matza meal.
Beat whites till stiff and fold in. Pour into 9" spri ng form pan.
Bake about 40 min. at 350F.
