Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

8 ea Egg whites
300 ea Gr caster sugar
300 ea Gr ground almonds or walnuts

--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------
8 ea Egg yolks
8 tb Spoons sugar
3 tb Flour
100 ea Mls milk
100 ea Gr cocoa
200 ea Gr butter

Beat egg whites, add sugar slowly until hard and add almonds or
walnuts. Bake in moderate oven in lamington (long and thin) tin for
25-30 mins. Filling: Cook all ingredients except the butter in double
saucepan until thick. When cool, mix in creamed butter. Nick Guoth
