2 sl White bread, cubed 1 1/2 ts Mustard
2 oz Cheddar cheese, cubed 1 ts Lemon juice
6 oz Crabmeat, well drained 1/2 ts Salt
4 oz Canned mushrooms, drained Dash of pepper
2 Eggs Dash of paprika
1 c Skim milk
Arrange bread, cheese, crabmeat and mushrooms in Pam sprayed 1 1/2
quart casserole. Beat eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour egg
mixture over other ingredients and let stand, covered, in
refrigerator overnight. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes. If after 45 minutes, casserole looks too juicy, cook
it uncovered for a while longer. Randy Rigg
