Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
8 x Apples, cored and chopped 1/2 c Chopped Walnuts
1 tb Grated Ginger Root 2 tb Honey
1 c Chopped Celery 1/3 c Orange Juice
1/2 c Raisins
Combine above ingredients and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. Nice,
garnished with slices of orange and mint leaves.
