1 c Chopped fresh pineapple or 2
-(8 oz) cans crushed
-pineapple, drained
1/4 c Chopped red bell pepper
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Thinly sliced green onion
2 ts Grated lime peel
1 tb Fresh lime juice
1/2 ts Ginger
