1/4 c OIL 1 1/2 c FLOUR
1/2 c SUGAR 2 ts BAKING POWDER
1/2 ts SALT
SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. MIX MILK, EGG AND OIL. ADD TO DRY MIX AND
STIR ONLY UNTIL MIXTURE IS MOIST. DO NOT OVER MIX!!!!! FILL GREASED MUFFIN
CUPS 2/3 FULL. BAKE AT 400 DEG F. FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES.
