Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Fresh basil leaves -- firmly 1/4 c Pine nuts
-packed 2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 c Oil 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients in a processor or blender, process until
smooth.
Note: Pesto freezes well. Freeze in ice cube trays, then put the
cubes in plastic freezer bags.
