See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 Pork loin chops; 1/2" thick 1/2 c Rice, regular; uncooked
Salt; to taste 1 1/2 c Tomatoes, canned
Pepper; to taste 1 ts Salt
1 tb Oil, vegetable 1/2 ts Sugar
1/4 c Onion; diced 1/2 ts Mustard, prepared
1/4 c Green pepper; diced
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; brown on both sides in hot
oil. Remove chops, and drain on paper towels. Reserve drippings in
skillet.
Add onion and green pepper to skillet; saute until tender. Stir in
rice, tomatoes, salt, sugar, and mustard; add pork chops. Bring to a
boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until rice is
tender and pork chops are done.
