Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 oz Lean cooked ham or
-prosciutto, julienned
2 md Potatoes, cooked, peeled
-julienned
4 oz Emmenthaler, Jarlsberg or
-Gruyere cheese, julienned
1 md Sized tart green apple,
-peeled, cored, julienned
1 sm Red onion, finely sliced
1/2 c Home made mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Combine the ham, potatoes, cheese, apple and onion in a bowl, add the
mayonnaise, salt and pepper, toss gently but thoroughly. Adjust
seasoning, serve chilled.
