8 oz Package light cream cheese 3 ea Tb finely shredded carrot
1/3 c Plain lowfat yogurt Assorted crackers or party
2 ea Tb dry sherry or milk -rye bread
1/2 t Dried dillweed Combine creamcheese,
1/4 t Lemon pepper seasoning -yogurt, sherry, dillweed,
6 1/8 oz Can skinnless, boneless -and lemon pepper
-salmon, drained and flaked
seasoning; beat until smooth. Stir in salmon and carrot. Cover and
chill at least three hours or overnight. Serve with party crackers or
