Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 tb Olive oil
1 ea Medium onion, fine chopped
2 ea Cloves garlic, chopped
3 ea Tomatoes, peeled and seeded
1/2 ts Sugar
2 ea Chiles serranos, chopped
1 ts Salt
1 tb Freshly ground black pepper
1 tb Cilantro, chopped
Fry the onions and garlic until limp. Add remaining ingredients except
cilantro and cook gently, 15 minutes. Add cilantro and cook 1-2
minutes more. Serve hot or cold. Makes 2 cups.
