Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Sausage
13 oz Can Pet Evaporated milk
1 1/2 Slices bread,cubed
5 Eggs
2 c Cheddar cheese,grated
Salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare evening before.Cook sausage drain thoroughly on paper
towels.Beat the eggs evaporated milk slightly.Add sausage,cubed
bread cheddar cheese.Pour into 9 x 9" casserole.Cover with
foil.Refrigerate overnight.Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until
firm in a preheated 350 degree oven. Onions,green peppers mushrooms
can also be added.
