Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 sl Toast (buttered and
-sprinkled with garlic salt)
1 ts Grated onion
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 cn (2-1/2 cups) tomatoes
2 tb Butter

Butter toast with garlic salt and then cut into cubes. Add onion,
salt, pepper to tomatoes. Place a layer of 1/2 the bread cubes in a
greased 1 quart casserole, add tomatoes, top with remaining bread
cubes. Pour 2 tbsp melted butter over top. Bake in 375F oven for
20-30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
