Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Vegetable cooking spray
4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 c Sliced zucchini
2 c Sliced yellow squash
1 c Chopped tomato
1/2 c Julienne-sliced green pepper
1/2 c Ready-to-serve, no-salt-
-added chicken broth
1 tb Chopped fresh basil -OR-
1 ts Dried whole basil

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over
medium-high heat until hot. Add garlic, and cook 1 minute. Add
zucchini and next 4 ingredients. Cook 3 minutes or until vegetables
are crisp-tender, stirring constantly. Stir in basil. Yield: 4
servings.

Nutrition Info: 2.2g protein, 0.5g fat, 8.3g carbohydrate, 0mg
cholesterol, 8mg sodium, 31mg calcium.
